The Certificate of Non-Bankruptcy serves as proof that a company or individual is financially solvent and has not been, nor is currently, involved in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings in any court with jurisdiction to file voluntary or involuntary petitions within the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court system. Such certificates may be requested by any interested party for an individual.
1. U.S. government issued ID number / SSN (last four)
2. Full Name of individual (First, Middle, Last)
3. Full Name of DBA (if applicable)
Once the required information is provided on the application form, a search and verification will be performed in the United States National Bankruptcy/Insolvency database, reviewing records from the past 10 years. Once the process is complete, the certificate will be sent via email, typically within 5–7 business days. If you require quicker processing, an express service is available for an additional fee. Please refer to the form for express service options.
